Worker Brain operates as a marketing intelligence platform for advertising agencies and their clients. We collect Meta Ads performance data (campaigns, ad sets, ads, creative assets, and metrics) on behalf of our advertising clients to provide analytics, diagnostics, and reporting services. This data is processed exclusively for the benefit of the respective client whose account it belongs to.

2. Use of Information

Your data is used specifically for:

  • Generating AI-driven diagnostics and performance reports for advertising campaigns.
  • Detecting anomalies and sending real-time alerts via Slack to authorized team members.
  • Providing personalized insights and recommendations for ad scaling and optimization.
  • Aggregating cross-channel analytics across Meta Ads, Google Ads, email marketing, and ecommerce platforms.

3. Data Sharing and Processing

Worker Brain uses AI models (such as Google Gemini and Anthropic Claude) to process and analyze advertising data. While data is processed through these models, we do not sell your data to third parties. We only share information with service providers essential for hosting and operating the platform (such as Google Cloud, Firebase, and Vercel). These providers are contractually bound to protect your data and may not use it for their own purposes.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. Access to Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other marketing platform data is established through authorized API access using secure tokens, and we only request the permissions strictly necessary for our analysis and reporting functions.

5. Your Rights & Data Deletion

You have the right to access, update, or request the deletion of your personal information and advertising data at any time. You can also revoke our access to your Meta Ads account via your Meta Business Settings.

To request deletion of your data: send an email to hola@worker.ar with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include your account email and the platforms whose data you wish to have deleted. We will process your request within 30 days and confirm completion via email.
